Weight Lifting
Any new way of attacking muscles
will work for short term. Any change will cause a reaction,
but after time will become as effective for building muscles
as walking, not very. The more you perform a routine, the
more accustomed your muscles become and break down less each
time. Changes over time are the best method and cause your
muscles to always react and break down with the best. Stay
with your program until you hit a wall. At that point, change
up and shock your system a little. Challenge your muscles
with new routines and maximize your workout. Anything you
do repeatedly becomes easier and your muscles will not have
to work as hard and break down leading to rebuilding and growth.
Keep your training aggressive. Work every muscle with many
different exercise routines.
How To Gain
Weight Fast
As soon as they become comfortable,
it’s time to work the muscle different ways. Different
angles and different equipment will provide a much faster
way to build the muscle up over time. Switch up days, routines,
order or exercises, etc. Anything that tells your body that
it’s doing something different. For instance, it’s
easier to add more weight, but not always easier to rev up
the cardio. Try switching from the elliptical to a treadmill.
Or, from a bike to running. Anything that is not the same
old routine. Trust me, otherwise you’re wasting most
