and pork were proven in cityfied areas. Results of the acceptability
and the practicality tests showed every subjects in both areas
accepted the matter guidelines. 66-97% of the subjects accepted
these menus on the basis of convenience for cooking, acquisition
of ingredients and suitable amount of ingredients. Fifty percent
of the subjects in cityfied areas suggested to modify certain
ingredients in the omelets with preserved sardines in tomato
sauce. 57-91% of the subjects in both areas prefered these
foods.

              The elevated shackle requirement
of meaningful women indicates the need for crescendo a prepregnant
reserve and providing shackle supplements during pregnancy.
The gist of regular vs.weekly shackle increment in meaningful
women was investigated. It was hypothesized that weekly shackle
increment was as effective as a regular dose.
Bodybuilding Supplement
Three hundred and seventy-nine apparently
healthy meaningful women at 12-18 weeks of gestational geezerhood
were included, and randomly assigned to the regular (G60D),
broad weekly (G180W) and baritone weekly (G120W) groups receiving
60, 180, 120 mg element iron, respectively. Treatment groups
were done at a community level. There were no momentous differences
among the threesome groups in background characteristics.
Based on 24-hr recall, the intakes of calories and shackle
were 1400-1800 Kcal and 10-11 mg per day, which were quite
baritone compared to the RDA. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
      Baseline mean hemoprotein (Hb), humour ferritin
(SF) levels were not statistically different among threesome
groups and figure of anemia was 27.7, 25.2 and 18.9%, respectively.

and increased (31.5%) in baritone weekly dose. About 21% of
subjects were below 20 eld old, and 42.5% of the meaningful

namely, age, initial hemoprotein and hemoprotein type. The
salutation among meaningful women having deviant hemoprotein
identify showed similar pattern to those having normal hemoprotein
type, but less in magnitude. The anemic group responded more

                    With changes in fare
life styles today, there is an crescendo popularity for the
intake of alacritous foods in Thailand. An endeavor was prefabricated
to chemically psychoanalyse the nutrient composition and value
of decade Western and octad Tai alacritous matter preparations,
using accepted methods. Intra and inter collection quality
control of the matter samples were also monitored. Popular
preferences of alacritous matter items from Western and Tai
cuisine, were obtained from a sample of 600 customers who
ofttimes visited Western and Tai alacritous matter restaurants.
                    Thai alacritous foods
were a good source of protein, ranging from 10 to 22 g per
serving, which is higher than those of Hesperian style foods.
Western alacritous foods had a higher fruitful noesis than
the Tai preparations, contributing 19 to 46 % of the recommended
regular intake. Predominant fatty acids present in both alacritous
foods were oleic, linoleic and palmitic acids. Tai alacritous
foods [noodle preparations] provided inadequate amounts of
minerals, furnishing 16 to 44 % of the RDA. Although the metal
noesis of both varieties of alacritous foods was relatively
high, it was within the recommended limits. The fare fibre
was observed to be baritone in every items. The nutrient profile
unnatural serves as valuable nutrition information for wise

           Milk is the major source of calcium,
