             The port Metropolitan Area (BMA) is
an expansive, fast-paced municipality with notorious traffic
jams and significant air pollution. Children lead a municipality

children of Supanburee though it is a municipality near Bangkok,
seem to hit a inferior agitated lifestyle and hit more access
to outdoors play fields and opportunity for fleshly activity.
As part of the Nutrifit information which was carried discover
in 4 schools in the BMA and in Supanburee (S) province, we compared
schoolboys older 8-9 years old in municipality (BMA) to boys
in a small province (S) in cost of anthropometry, blood pressure,
fleshly state and performance. 236 and 130 schoolboys were recruited
in BMA and Supanburee. By using Tai standard growth curve, 126
boys were categorised as connatural (P10- P90), and 105 boys
were categorised as over coefficient and fat (>P90) in BMA.
In Supanburee 91 boys were categorised as connatural and 25
boys were categorised as overweight and obese. Some subjects
were excluded from the study due to their position of under-nutrition
(10), ie., 5 boys in BMA and 14 boys in Supanburee. Health Related
Fitness (HRF) using Fitnessgram, blood pressure, fleshly state
level (by grouping non-organized sports in the past month) and
the instance spent watching TV were recorded. The data was analyzed
using the Mann-Whitney effort for the statistical analysis.
The results demonstrated that for the connatural group, Supanburee
boys performed the HRF effort better than BMA boys, namely:

      Objective: To analyse the gist of creatine increment
on tearful performance in selected swimmers both in the work
and field test. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Methods:
A study was conducted prior to the Sydney Olympic Games 2000.
Fifteen selected phallic and someone swimmers (including 2 someone
and 2 phallic Olympic swimmers) were recruited. A double-blind
cross- over study was carried discover as creatine assemble
